Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

To keep things running smoothly and to be fair to all clients, here's how my cancellation policy works:

• Please give me at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If I'm able to fill your slot with another client, the cancellation fee will be waived - so the more notice you give, the better!
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
• If you're unwell (especially with anything contagious), please let me know as soon as possible. I really appreciate honesty - while late notice still affects my day, I'd much rather you stay home, recover and not pass on any germs. In most cases, I will waive the fee for illness, especially if it's your first time or you've given as much notice as you can.
